Preschooler Leads the Way!

Lori Jackson of Catholic United Financial presented preschool student Piper Brockman with a Kindle Fire e-reader after a recent all-school Mass. Piper sold the most $5 raffle tickets from a large number of St. John the Baptist preschool through grade 5 students, teachers, parents, and school staff who raised $10,250.00 for the school. Every dollar raised was returned to the Vermillion school. Also pictured with Piper are Principal Sr. Tresa Margret (left) and pastor Fr. Stan Mader (right).  The school took part in the annual Catholic United Financial fundraiser that raised $923,635 for Catholic schools in MN, SD, and ND.
