QUIT- Bill's Bits

The only way to fail is to give up!

Thomas Edison invented 1000 light bulbs before he found one that worked. Babe Ruth was the strike out king. Mother Teresa set out to eliminate poverty, but she didn't. Abraham Lincoln was defeated repeatedly in his bid for public office. Nelson Mandela was imprisoned for more than a quarter of a century and he did not give up.

I'm told that marathon runners and other athletes "hit the wall" before they find the energy and the will to finish! What is your "wall"? Before you give up, here are some things to think about.

1. Quit beating yourself up.
2. Quit living in the past.
3. Quit accepting someone else's standards for yourself.
4. Quit wasting precious moments, and even worse, whole days as if they are unlimited.
5. Quit being a victim, let the "pity party" end.
6. Quit wandering aimlessly looking for luck to come to you. Make luck yours!
7. Quit focusing on what is wrong and stop to count your blessings instead.
8. Quit thinking of Chiropractic as something you do just for pain relief.Instead, realize that it should be a regular part of a healthy lifestyle.
9. Quit letting your insurance company decide how you are going to take care of your body. Decide what's important for your health and well-being and do what is necessary, regardless of what your insurance pays.
10. Quit waiting until your body breaks down to take care of it. Be proactive about your health by doing healthy things for yourself on a regular basis. Just because they're the right things to do.

**If you change your thoughts, one moment at a time, set some goals, (start with some little ones and one or two outrageous ones) make a plan and discipline yourself to work the plan and you can achieve anything you truly desire.

***Quit those destructive behaviors. The world needs you to show up as the magnificent being that Innate intends for you to be.
