Roseville Teen, Dad Killed in Head-On Crash With Semi Near Randolph, MN

RANDOLPH TOWNSHIP, Minn. - A Roseville teen and his dad are dead following a head-on crash with a semi Tuesday afternoon in Randolph Township in southeastern Dakota County.

The head-on crash happened shortly after noon Tuesday on Highway 56 at 284th Street. 

The 18-year-old Roseville man was the driver of the Toyota Corolla involved in the crash. His dad, a 53-year-old South St. Paul man, was his passenger. Officials said both were wearing their seat belts.

MnDOT and the Minnesota State Patrol rerouted traffic as the accident was reconstructed and investigated. 

The semi driver, a 59-year-old Spring Valley, Wis. man, was not injured, officials said.
