Dakota City plans a May 7th Victorian Tea Luncheon

Dakota City's annual Lady Jane's Victorian Tea will be held at noon on Saturday, May 7th, at the Crystal Lake Golf Club in Lakeville. The theme will be "A Day at the Races," featuring the Kentucky Derby.

Jennifer Merhar will again portray Lady Jane, serving as the hostess for the event. She will provide comments and stories about the derby along with music. Guests are encouraged to wear hats and gloves with their spring attire. Costumed waitresses will serve tea at tables set with fine linens and china. The Crystal Lake Golf Club staff will serve a luncheon.

Tickets priced at $30 each are available through advance sales only. They can be ordered by sending a check made out to Dakota City Heritage Village along with the names and addresses of the guests to Dakota City Heritage Village, P.O. Box 73, Farmington, MN 55024. Tickets will be mailed to guests after April 15.
