Farmington Afternoon Book Group
Held the first Tuesday of each month. In December we will discuss Wonder by R.J. Palacio.

Micro Mosaic Necklaces
Learn to make a Micro Mosaic necklace, a popular art form during Victorian times with tourists on the "Grand Tour" of Europe. Presented by ArtStart. Registration required.

Wednesday, December 7

Open Knitting
Join other knitters in an informal setting. Learn new stitches, get help with unfinished projects or just enjoy new friends while you knit. Other crafters also welcome.

Make & Take Gingerbread Houses
Decorate a gingerbread house to display during the holiday season.  Registration required for each child.  Ages: 4-12.
10:30-11:30 am

Friday Fun for Teens
Drop in for a variety of fun activities after a long week of school. Ages: 10-16.
3:30-4:30 pm

Saturday, December 10

Library Chess Club
Let the games begin. Come to the Library to play this fun game of strategy with a friend or other chess fan. Open to all levels. Ages: 6-16.

Sumi-e Painting
Sumi-e is a type of brush painting that utilizes various colored inks-the same kind used in East Asian calligraphy. This class will focus on teaching students about the materials, history, spirituality, and poetry found in sumi-e. Presented by Artistry. Registration required. Ages: 10-16.
