WorkForce Centers offer assistance to people with disabilities

With the right training, preparation and workplace accommodations, people with disabilities can have rewarding careers. If you have a disability that makes it difficult for you to find employment, your local WorkForce Center can help.

The WorkForce Center offers counseling, training, job search assistance, support services through the state's Vocational Rehabilitation Services unit, and connections to numerous community partners to help you develop a plan to reach your goals. Services vary and are individualized to meet your specific needs.

For more information, stop in at your local WorkForce Center, go to www.mn.gov/deed and search People with Disabilities, or call 651-554-5955.

The Minnesota WorkForce Centers of Dakota and Scott counties work in collaboration with key partners to make sure that area job seekers find employment and training, and area employers find the skilled workers they need.
