Burnsville WorkForce Center offering 'Employment Ready Veterans' workshop

A five-day job skills training series, facilitated by U.S. military veterans and content experts, will be held from 8:30 a.m.–12:30 p.m. daily June 22–26 at the Burnsville WorkForce Center, 2800 West County Road 42. It is designed to help prepare U.S. military veterans to be "job-search ready." Topics covered will include reintegration, skills identification, networking, resume preparation and review, social media, job searches, interview preparation, practice and follow-up, money management, and goal planning and attainment.
 
Participants must have served in any branch of the U.S. military during any era and must attend the series in its entirety. Registration is required.
