> Baby Story Time at the Library
> Children age birth to 2 years old, along with their caregivers, are invited to the Pleasant Hill Library on Monday, April 6, at 10:45 a.m. for a baby story time. Children will sing songs, hear stories, and enjoy playtime activities. The event is free and no registration is required.

> Teens Learn about Robotics at the Library
> Teens age 10- 16 years old are invited to the Pleasant Hill Library on Thursday, March 26 at 3 p.m. for a session that will explore the world of Robotics. Teens will meet Sphero, a colorful ball with a tiny wireless robot inside. Teens will also race the robots. The event is free, but registration is required. > Preschool Spring Program at the Library
> Children age 3 to 5 are invited to the Pleasant Hill Library on Friday, March 27 at 11 a.m. for a special program called "S is for Spring." Children will hear springtime stories, sing songs, make crafts and play games during the morning activities. This event is co-sponsored by ECFE. The event is free, but registration is required. > Movies for Kids at the Library
> Children age 2 to 6 years old are invited to the Pleasant Hill Library on Wednesday, March 25 at 10:30 a.m. for a fun-filled morning of movie watching. Children will enjoy fun children's books in movie format. Movies include: Little Quack Stories, Seasons Change and Cloudette.
> The event is free, and no registration is needed.

> Meet a Potter at the Library
> Area residents are invited to the Pleasant Hill Library on Monday, March 30 at 7 p.m. to meet and explore the interesting life and pottery of Guillermo Cuellar. Cuellar is a local potter, originally from Venezuela, who was featured in the "Minnesota Potters Sharing the Fire" documentary. Cuellar will display some of his pottery at the event. The program is free, and no registration is required.

> Story Time at the Library
> Children age 0 to 6 years old are invited to the Pleasant Hill Library on Wednesday, April 1 at 10:30 a.m. for a story time geared for children of all ages. Children will hear stories and participate in activities for mixed ages audiences such as child care groups and families. Story time will also feature a craft activity for the kids. The event is free, and no registration is required.

> Participate in Read-A-Thon at the Pleasant Hill Library
> The Pleasant Hill Library is participating in a Read-A-Thon on Wednesday, April 1 from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. Area residents are welcome to drop in anytime to learn about the program, featuring author David LaRochelle's book, Moo! This program is part of the Once Upon a Reader program, a Minnesota program that celebrates Minnesota's rich cultural heritage by bringing the joy of stories, art, and literacy to our state's youngest members through libraries. LaRochelle is a Minneapolis writer. His book Moo!, is the hilarious and exciting story of a cow who takes the farmer's car for a ride. Participants will be treated to guest readers, including a local dairy farmer, reciting from the book. There will also be special activities and treats. The event is free, and no registration is required.

> Learn to Protect Your Online Privacy at the Library
> Area residents are invited to the Pleasant Hill Library on Thursday, April 2 at 2 p.m. to discover ways to protect your online privacy. From social media to search engines and email to online purchasing—modern life leaves digital footprints everywhere we go. Participants will discover the tools and techniques one may use to protect personal privacy, browse anonymously, and encrypt information. This class is presented by the Twin Cities Media Alliance and funded by MELSA. The class is free, however registration is required. > Brush Up on Interviewing Skills at the Library
> Area residents are invited to the Pleasant Hill Library on Friday, April 10 at 2 p.m. for a class that will teach best practices for interviewing skills. Participants will learn how to be more confident along with strategies to make you stand out from the crowd. Topics covered include types of interviews, common interview questions, and major blunders to avoid. This class is taught by Dakota County Workforce Center staff. > Early Literacy Workshop at the Library
> Parents interested in getting their child on the road to reading with fun and engaging word activities are invited to an early literacy workshop at the library on Saturday, April 18 at 11 a.m. This workshop is open to parents with children age 0 to 6 years old.
