Dakota-Scott WorkForce Center offers job seeker conference

The hustle and bustle of the holiday season is a thing of the past and now is the time to focus on getting that next job. The Dakota-Scott WorkForce Centers are giving you a chance to re-energize your job search at January Jump Start, an award-winning conference for job seekers held from 8 a.m.–3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 22, at the Dakota County Northern Service Center, 1 Mendota Road W., West St. Paul.
 
January Jump Start will feature keynote speaker Mike Veeck, owner of the St. Paul Saints, talking about overcoming adversity. Additionally, there will be workshops, including "Answering Difficult Interview Questions," "Job Search Fast Forward," "Growing with Change," "Inter-Generational Communication" and more.
