Dakota-Scott WorkForce Center offering job seeker conference Jan. 23

The hustle and bustle of the holiday season is a thing of the past and now is the time to focus on getting that next job. The Dakota-Scott WorkForce Center is giving you a chance to re-energize your job search at January Jump Start, an award-winning conference for job seekers held from 8 a.m.–3 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 23, at the Dakota County Northern Service Center, 1 Mendota Road W., West St. Paul.


January Jump Start will feature keynote speaker Billy McLaughlin presenting "Setback Before Success: Accepting the Challenge That Comes With Change," as well as workshops on various topics including the hidden job market, using social media in your job search, surviving the emotional rollercoaster and more.
