Click and read: Free online magazines at the library.

Dakota County Library will be the first in the metro to offer electronic magazines. Starting Wednesday, Sept.19, you can read many of your favorite magazines online.
Zinio for Libraries is a new service that provides a quick and easy way for you to read, interact with and explore popular magazines just by using your Dakota County or South St. Paul library card.
Magazines can be viewed on a home computer or any other Internet-enabled device. Just download the Zinio app through a web browser.  Because more than one person can view a magazine at a time you never have to wait for a magazine to be returned to the library.
To locate a magazine, simply click on the Zinio button on the library's website and begin browsing. Some of the almost 150 available magazines include Car and Driver, Consumer Reports, Cosmopolitan, Country Living, ESPN, The Magazine, Every Day with Rachael Ray, Family Handyman, Food Network Magazine, Good Housekeeping, Martha Stewart Living, Men's Health, Newsweek, Popular Science, Rolling Stone, Shop Smart, and Weight Watchers.
