Making memories

Registration open for Dakota County parks programs.

Go wild this spring and register for fun programs and activities offered in Dakota County Parks. Hiking, canoeing, kayaking, geocaching, birding, archery and fishing are just some of the activities and programs available for people of all ages. Program registration is open now. Parks has programs designed for youth, adults and families. A variety of new programs are available including: Barefoot Hiking, Creative Mosaics and Nature Drawing. Programs specifically designed for Boy Scouts and Girl Scouts are also available.

A catalog of Dakota County parks courses and programs is included in the Dakota County newsletter, which will be delivered to residents during the first week of March. Many of the programs are free or at low cost. Register online. Courses that require payment must be paid at the time of registration. Visa, Mastercard and Discover are accepted.
